Usually I get too hot when I play in VR because the Quest 1 stuff gets too hot when I play more than 30 minutes. I bought it because it's silicone rubber, which is a pretty cool material, so I figured it would be more comfortable on my face and stay cool for longer. This is exactly what happened when I tried it in my quest. Now I can play longer without discomfort. It'll still get hot at the end, but it probably gives you another 15-30 minutes of gameplay, which is pretty good. This case is also great if you let others use your Quest as it doesn't absorb sweat and is easy to clean. Some others say the nasal valve is annoying, but it didn't bother me and you can just cut it off if it bothers you.
