Ceramic vase NOT protected in box

This vase, although I thought it was beautiful, arrived with a fragile seal on the small box it was in which was not protected and was then put in a larger box placed, also not upholstered. With the way it was packaged and shipped, it would have been impossible for it to arrive safe and sound. I requested a replacement which arrived a week later which was also shipped the same as the first so was just as battered and broken as the first. WHAT'S GOING ON HERE! The height of the vase is also not 23 inches as stated, but 20 inches!
