I love it for workouts!

Excellent leash for training. Not too heavy, no tangles, easy to curl and very easy to wipe or clean. I use a carabiner on the end of the loop to attach it to my harness for security. If you are new to training I would recommend a 10 or 15 foot length, but I love the 20 foot length for more distance work (just a little more tracking work!) if you have a larger dog that is aggressive or lots of pull, the thinner band and slicker nature of this leash can be more difficult to hold. In this case I would start with a shorter leash and go back to basic training.
