Not quite as shown. Ends differ from original shown in picture. Original in the form of a small rubber ring (O-ring) in the center of the outside of the tapered piece that screws to the handheld probe foot and attaches to the wall bracket. This piece of rubber made it easier to insert and provided a bit of cushioning/resistance between the chrome pieces. This new one has tapered ends on both ends (nice ), which also differs from the original in which one end is tapered at the base of the handle and the other end is attached to a sconce more like a big chrome nut. Anyway, that's how Kohler's box is sealed. I suggest the photo I'm a little disappointed that there isn't a rubber o-ring to prevent the wand from coming out of the holder easily slips.
