First time using anything other than BCAAs. After some research I now know that EAAs are needed in the recovery process, not just BCAAs. I take this with 2 scoops of Intracell7 as a drink during my workout and I don't feel tired, I don't get indigestion and I can't hurt myself as much as I think I should be with the intensity I should be coming at up. So far no complaints.
