Apparently "certified " doesn't mean much.
There were fingerprints on the box when I opened it. You would think they could at least rid it of beige by reselling it. I was less surprised to discover that they might not even have checked it because my computer recognized it for a split second and then disappeared. Sometimes I do it repeatedly. I tried to get it working for a while and even hooked up other devices to make sure the USB ports weren't the problem.
