My wife loves the pan and uses it 3, 4 or even 5 times a week. Last month she found the bottom pan wasn't hot enough and couldn't use it anymore. I have emailed customer support. To my surprise, I received a response within an hour. After verifying my purchase, they promised to send me a new one. I received it within two weeks! I understand that no one can claim that their products are 100% free from defects. However, when they offer great customer service to support them, it means they have great confidence in their products. Can highly recommend the product and the manufacturer behind it
