It is better not to buy it, the product is not what it should be.

The phone is not worth the money, and it does not even have the most basic capabilities built into it. This is the first time I've owned a Samsung device, although I'm on my fourth Android device overall. This is something that I did not anticipate from the company's flagship phone, which is attempting to compete with Apple despite the fact that it does not even reach the level of standard smart phones. This is something that I did not anticipate. My previous phone was an Asus Zenfone3, but its primary camera had stopped focusing, so I switched to the Note9. It cost 18 thousand rupees, but it only outperforms the Note9 in terms of its convenience and functionality. In any event, I did not notice any improvements in performance or battery life when using the Zenfone3, which is why I decided to move to the Note9 (browser with 60 tabs, mail, applications, do not play games). So: 1. The number of IMAP mail folders that are now available is not displayed in Mail for some reason. At the same time, clever is presented as an ability that is compatible with working in a corporate or administrative environment. On the list of available functions is one that is called ALL FOLDERS, but this particular function does not contain all of the available choices. And for business purposes, do you use this phone? Another program will need to be downloaded and installed on your computer. 2. Once we have started the dialer, it is NOT POSSIBLE for us to pick which contacts will be presented and which contacts will NOT be displayed while we are already inside the dialer. You can choose which contacts to display on your screen and which to conceal with this feature, which is accessible on ALL phones. The Note9 does not come equipped with this capability. As a direct result of this, I have porridge there from the mail address book, which comprises three hundred distinct pieces, as well as phones: on SIM cards, in the memory of the phone, and in Google. This is the most elementary and fundamental function that can possibly be imagined, and yet it does not even exist? 3. You will need to be patient if you need to press a button on one of the curves of the display (for example, crosses frequently appear in that location in order to close advertisements on websites). The button only works three or four times. It would appear that the sensor on the roundings is not operating as efficiently as it should be. 4. ALL of my Android devices featured a function that displayed the time if the smart was charging, and this capability was available on ALL of my Android devices. If you happen to wake up in the middle of the night, you won't have any trouble seeing the time because the clock is displayed on a screen that gives out a very weak illumination. This uncomplicated activity is beyond the capability of Samsung's cutting-edge Always-on Display, which is unable to carry it out successfully. You have the option of turning the clock on at specific times during the day, as well as leaving it on at all times. In addition, there is no way for me to stop the battery from draining and still have the device work while it is being charged on this smartphone. I have tried everything I can think of to make this happen, but to no avail. In this regard, he has the capability to show a splash screen or cycle through photos while the gadget is charging. Where do we currently stand with relation to the clock? Something that doesn't really matter? Certainly, but these are the fundamentals that HAVE MUST BE included on smartphones and ALWAYS HAVE BEEN INCLUDED on smartphones for the Last Decade. Why isn't Samsung selling this at their retail price of $70? After I made the transition to this phone, I do not enjoy the same degree of CONVENIENCE or FUNCTIONALITY as I did previously.

Cons
  • The phone is not handy, and it lacks a lot of fundamental functionalities that are included in ALL smartphones and are required in ALL smartphones. The display's curved sections have a response that is not up to par when pressure is applied to them. No FM radio.
