Review on Kapro 905 Condor - Professional Magnetic Box Level + High Contrast OPTIVISION Red Vial - 24 by Benjamin Michels

After recently moving, I've been handing endless number of pictures, TV, etc on the wall so I've spent hours leveling items so this product arrived just in time for me to get plenty of use out of it. Prior to this, I was using a basic Empire level which has served me well for 10+ years. This level is more sporty, easier to grip, and easier to use. I would say the "red" bubble is just slightly easier to read than a standard clear one. It's an improvement for sure, but not the game changer the marketing folks would have you believe. The rubber tabs on the back of the level were actually the feature I found most useful as it helped me keep the level straight while holding it with one hand and trying to reach my pencil which is never close by when needed. The plumb site is nice, but my Empire level had this too so again not something game changing. If you need a nice 24" level, then you can't go wrong with this one. I shot a line with my Bosch laser and then put the Kapro on the line and it was dead on level so this is more than accurate for my household needs and and any weekend warrior.
