The best part about flexplm is that it enables you to view your products in different ways depending upon what stage they are at (i.e., new vs. used). I like having all my inventory available from one location. With other systems, this can be difficult because each category has its own set up which makes finding something specific very time consuming. Sometimes there isn't enough room to fit everything into the screen so things get lost or hard to find. It would definitely help if more features were added such as being able to search by SKU instead of just item number. Also, creating multiple views allows us to see how our customers use our items when we don't have them right next to us. This helps with getting better pricing since we know exactly where our customer wants to buy their goods. The customer service is great! All of our questions are answered promptly, thoroughly, and in understandable terms. I have not found anything to dislike about this product. We needed to create a tool that allowed our clients to collaborate on design projects and share files with each other. This has been achieved through Flexplm.
