The ability to have all of our agents working from home, as well having an option for live chat is great! I wish that it would be easier in order not just one agent but multiple people could access at once if needed during busy times like holiday season or whatnot - this way we wouldn't need more than 1 person per shift monitoring who's available when they're scheduled etc., which helps keep costs down since there are no additional salaries required with extra staff members/employees hired :) Great product!! We've been able use Live Chat so much better now because everyone can work together without being physically located next each other.
