Love using Inspect My Backpage: Novanet C3S

The ability to have all of our agents working from home, as well having an option for live chat is great! I wish that it would be easier in order not just one agent but multiple people could access at once if needed during busy times like holiday season or whatnot - this way we wouldn't need more than 1 person per shift monitoring who's available when they're scheduled etc., which helps keep costs down since there are no additional salaries required with extra staff members/employees hired :)…

Pros
  • Helped resolve issues promptly before becoming something bigger later on..Great experience overall.Very intuitive system easy enough even newbie IT techs will figure out how quickly :P)

  • Good but not great
