Works great as expected with a 1999 Honda Accord

Works like a charm, easy to install. Only the niggles on the metal connector in the plastic were a bit out of place so I had to use a screwdriver to straighten them out. Otherwise it was a 5 minute job (once you removed the door assembly)

Pros

Safety Compliant - part passed simulated crash tests per government guidelines

Cons

Really don't like it, everything is fine
