7 months after purchase gives error E07 and does not boil. The manufacturer will not replace or refund. They ask customers to go to an out-of-state, third-party authorized repair facility. I've been trying for days to get them to send me a shipping label. The rice cooker has been gone for almost a week after getting a "good" rice cooker. We make rice almost every day. Why don't they just swap it out? It is safe to assume that most buyers of a quality rice cooker will use it frequently. I'm Japanese and this is definitely not going to happen in Japan. Zojirushi has a good reputation in Japan, so I chose this model. Shame on you Zojirushi USA. "
