Review on Chemical Guys Gap_619_16 Radiant Enhancer by Justin Verslues

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The car looked beautiful, but despite all this work, it didn't crackle.

Very expensive. Is it worth? Yes. A few days ago after washing and polishing my car with Griots Garage DA I used: Meguiars Ultimate Compound, Ultimate Polish, Mothers 3 Step Ultimate 3 Step Wax System and then Nano Waxed with Mequiars NXT. My hands were killing me and I must have sweated 3 gallons. The car looked good, but despite all the work, it didn't rattle as I had hoped. It was shiny and reflective, but it didn't look like I could dive into it like a pool. So I ordered Black Light Sealant and V7. First, I'm tired. Everyone advertises their products. V7 (read my review elsewhere) was amazing. Great shine and easy to use. I then applied Black Light, which is very easy to apply with DA (the second coat was applied by hand and I recommend using DA, it's easier) and once it was allowed to stick, it came off easily too. This was the shine I was looking for. I wanted to dive into my roof, it was so humid and reflective. I gave it up because I'm not a cartoon character and I'm not good at bodywork. The second coat wasn't really necessary, but it certainly didn't hurt. I really like this product and I have no regrets for spending the exorbitant price. It's really worth it. Plus, it smells great if you're the kind of person who likes that sort of thing. (I've been known to smell carnauba for longer than probably anyone should.) Highly recommend.
