I don't often leave reviews unless they are very bad or very positive, in which case I had to write something as I was very impressed with the company. After looking at dozens of cases, Torras was my favorite and when it didn't fit snugly in the bottom corner I was unhappy but figured it wasn't a common issue since no one else had mentioned this issue, so I did decided to contact torras direct and see what they would say because after all my research i really wanted a torra case for my 12 mini again. It was amazing, they responded right away and Casey was great! Very professional and interesting and you could tell she didn't just want to help but make sure I was completely satisfied in the end. I had the replacement case in no time and it fits and feels perfect! I'm glad I didn't go on to another case like most and stuck with the Torras case. You can spend 100's or thousands of dollars and hardly get any support from many companies so for the $15 case to make sure I was completely satisfied with what it cost I was a bit shocked but very impressed from the company! So ultimately this is a great quality case and a company you can count on! And no, I didn't get paid for writing this, I'm just a happy customer with a $800 secure phone.
