LEDs don't work otherwise everything ok

Well I've been building systems for 30 years now, for some reason the LEDs on the case don't work properly, first they worked fine on the front panel, then the fan kicked in at the back and the headlights went out for no reason, I spent the last hour checking everything without corrections, will return this case.
