Product looks good. But what I don't like is that it doesn't stretch enough to fit the phone in the case. Every phone has a case, why not make it a little bigger for the case? Don't use it often because I have to remove my phone case every time I want to use it. I would like to add that the support team contacted me and tried in their own way to reassure me. Although I didn't take advantage of their offer at the time, their customer service was greatly appreciated.
