Review on 🔵 Rit Dye Liquid Fabric Dye - 8oz Navy (2 Pack): Vibrant Color for Fabrics by Carol Miller

I bought these to dye a few clothes. I had a navy blue short sleeve sweater, navy blue curry pants, navy blue shorts, some socks, a navy blue bra, cotton yoga pants and TWO darker jeans. Judging by the bottles, I had too many clothes, but I still sewed all the clothes at once. I filled a stainless steel sink with SUPER hot water, added some salt and some dish soap. I added color then I added all the clothing. I make sure that the water only covers the clothes. I want the paint to be as concentrated as possible (I sometimes use a 5 gallon bucket for this). I leave clothes in color for hours. I usually do this in the morning and then undress before bed. After the clothes were soaked in the dye, I turned off the sink and hand-rinsed the clothes in cold water, washing away any residual dye. I then ran the garment through a gentle wash in cold water and hung it to dry. The color really brought back the faded pieces and added a fresh color to the jeans. It saved my clothes that I would have otherwise donated. Now they look like new.
