Felt great but fell apart after a week

For the first few days I honestly thought this was the best money I've ever spent. After about 4 days the lid broke and then the machine basically ate it because it got stuck in the knobs. After 6 days the cables were disconnected and are now unusable. If the cover had been better and the stitching reinforced, none of this would have happened in my opinion.
