Bought 2 of these for my sons for Christmas 2019. After about 2 weeks, a computer wouldn't hold a charge, and as soon as you unplugged the power cord, it would automatically turn off. I bought a new power cord thinking it must be bad, but no, it still does. It's May, 5 months later, and they're both in trouble. The charging connector appears to be defective as it is loose and will not charge unless you physically hold the charging cable. I ended up taking a computer to a computer tech and it's currently being worked on, not sure what's wrong yet. The workshop sent me a photo where a screw was missing from the bottom so it looks like something happened in stock and it wasn't fully assembled. Anyway, we shouldn't have such problems in just 5 months. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this brand. To update. I checked the computers from the IT department and the motherboard has failed which is draining the battery. The repair costs more than it's worth. Most parts are being phased out and Avita is no longer making this product. Do not buy!
