Unfortunately, my LANNEY purchasing experience was horrible. The canine collar I got was too big and the pet food wasn't fresh. The collar I ordered was too small for my dog despite the fact that I used their sizing guidance. I called customer support and was met with a condescending attitude and a lack of willingness to resolve my problem. Furthermore, their delivery times were extremely long. It's unacceptable that it took over two weeks for me to receive my purchase from the online store. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my LANNEY shopping experience and will not be recommending the company to anyone.
