Review on Lemi Shine Dishwasher Detergent Additive by Greg Shorter

After much research I found out why my HD was working so poorly. Around March of last year, they removed phosphates from DW detergents. Adding citric acid is necessary to pray that your dishes come out clean and not cloudy, especially if you have hard water. When I first ordered this product it came in a bag with my other items. I could tell the fragile package had been opened, I could hear the powder crumble to the bottom of the box along with my other belongings. Fortunately, the rest of the items were protected, but I've been removing citric acid from the hallway for a month. Also, it left a horrible stain on the carpet at my front door. When I called I SPECIFICALLY asked them to be very careful with the packaging. Unfortunately, upon receipt, the package in the outer envelope opened and the powder was scattered throughout the package. Why wasn't anyone listening to me? The envelope lies unopened in the foyer, I can't stand cleaning the floor with citric acid for another month. So, I'm very upset. I also recently ordered dishwashing gloves. There were 2 pairs in the pack. Of course he wasn't small. I'm allergic to latex, which limits my choices. After using the 1st pair I could tell after a few seconds that my left hand was leaking. When I called customer service they hung up. I'm getting more and more disappointed with your customer service!
