Review on Dorman 931 664 Door Actuator Motor by Edward Henderson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Looks solid in spares

This is my first time replacing a door lock actuator but it was intimidating as there wasn't enough room to work but just needed Time, old 1 made an annoying buzz. Start by gently pulling the protective plastic sheet out of the way, after removing the trim, separate the green clips from the rods (you will need to remove the screws holding the window guide ((make sure the window is fully seated raised before disassembling )), remove the drive bolts, carefully thread them around the window rail and install the new 1 in reverse order (adjust the drive bolts to stay in place so you Having time to wiggle to engage the green and red clips then tighten everything so far so) ok .Would buy for the rest of the doors when the time came

Pros
  • Reliable replacement - this door lock actuator has been extensively tested for quality and safety
Cons
  • Negative impression
