The most helpful feature of this software for me was that I could create templates from existing files in order to make changes easier. Not many features available but what it does have are very useful! Easy access once downloaded via app store or web browser can be accessed quickly whenever needed which helps with efficiency as well because you do not need an internet connection right away when there's something urgent going down at your workplace; just download their application/software then go back home & start working again without wasting time waiting around for data-connection all day long. It's easy to use and deploy in our organization. The customer support team was very helpful when I had questions or issues with the software. There are better solutions out there for this price point but if you want something that will do most of what your looking for at an affordable cost then this should be considered. We've been able to automate several tasks using teamworkiq which has improved efficiency for us greatly.
