My dog Logan (see photo 1) and I travel constantly. He was a lifesaver and an adult when he came to me, which was fifteen years ago. So he could be sixteen - not sure. This is his current photo. He is physically very healthy. But he has dementia, is deaf (but feels percussion and vibration), mostly blind and likes to wander where his nose takes him. He just tracked down a rabbit this morning lol. I haven't seen him this excited in a long time! The majority of our trip takes place in the National Forests where we camp for a few weeks. Dogs must always be kept on a leash no longer than two meters. I wouldn't have had any other choice anyway. He would definitely get lost if left to roam. I have a retractable leash for our walks. And I have this cable (see photo 2) to secure it in storage. I attach a cable to the van's passenger door so Logan can walk between the tent and the van for shelter and shade. This product is amazing. In fact, each part is made of high quality materials designed for the size of the dog. I'm so glad I bought it.
