I have been dealing with Walker exhaust parts for over 40 years so I ordered this replacement muffler. This stock muffler had the wrong hanging brackets welded on, which required little knowledge of shadow mechanics as I had to buy a rubber bushing from another model of car to hang on my Honda CR-V. Where the muffler flange matched the factory flange, they did not mate properly. Again, slight modification and persuasion with a ball-peen hammer is required. The muffler tailpipe was too short as it did not protrude under the car, which in turn necessitated the addition of an extension eyelet to allow the exhaust fumes to exit behind the car and not under it. In addition, the bends in the connecting pipe were very rough. I was able to fit a muffler on a Honda CR-V, but I can't say it's a direct replacement, which is what I expected from Walker.
