Solid cutting edge in cutting machines

Full depth 45 degree cuts in the corners of the walnut body. Precut the 1/4" bit first, the bit cuts cleanly and straight with very little separation. Freud bits are slightly larger than many imported ones, but they are the best tool.

Pros

Cuts all composites, plywood, hardwoods and softwoods.
