Review on Spectrm by Choice Maynard

The ability of being able be deployed across any channel - social media or website/app which makes integrating with apps like facebook messenger very simple but they have great tech people that can do more if needed as well! Their support has been excellent too- no issues ever encountered while using spectrm so far :) 1) Integrations are straight forward2). Easy access via an API3.) Reporting4.). Ability easily deploys through 3rd party platforms5 ). Good amount functionality included out from box6).[ Pricing structure7 ]. Not yet integrated directly into Facebook (but this was discussed during our partnership discussion), however having another tool does not hurt ;) We solve many problems including:- Creating multiple forms / email follow ups simultaneously.- Solving AOR needs by allowing clients direct engagement opportunities without leaving app context suchas WhatsApp etc.,-) The interface is very intuitive and the chatbot is easy to use. The chatbot is very effective and has helped us to understand the needs of our customers. I would like to see more customization options in terms of layout. Also, I would like to see more automation options. It is a great tool for building chatbots. It is easy to use and the chatbot is very effective. We have been able to understand our customers needs and provide them with the solutions.
