Here's the shovel for this thing.

I was looking for something similar but didn't know exactly what I needed so I had a few questions when I found this. They don't really give you a huge amount of information on the subject. I know it's a "10ft dog lock around pdq binding" and that it's 2 cords and will hold a 60lb dog, but the product details say "Measures 7" x 2" x 10". What does that mean? So I asked a few questions and got the obligatory "don't know" and "haven't used mine yet" as well as a few helpful questions that helped me make my purchasing decision, but not the exact information I wanted. So here's the real trick of this article: two vinyl coated galvanized steel cables, one red and one blue, as you see in the ad. Both have a strong swivel attachment at one end and a small loop at the other end (see photo). Apart from the color, there are only two differences in the cables. First is the length, one is 10ft and the other is 8ft, and second is the blue cord has a strong chrome ring in a loop at the end. I guess the ring needs to be attached to the red line around the tree as the dog will be on a whorl. Tree unless you live in a sequoia forest. So this means that the smaller the tree used, the longer the line will be, so a ten foot length may be more than an eleven or twelve foot length. As for the 60 pound load capacity, I'd say it's underrated. I have a Great Dane that weighs 120 pounds and she can't break it. Overall it seems to be of good quality and a pretty good buy.
