High quality, precise cut, excellent workmanship. It started with a slight stutter (maybe it was cold). The next (warmer) day I covered it with molybdenum spray/powder and the result far exceeded my expectations. I also used a thick cutting oil and then a thinner one at each alternate depth. It ran pretty well for a few revs after I got to know its particular "style". It excelled at fast, small circles at moderate revs and melted hard aluminum like butter. I checked the bit between downs and it didn't even feel warm! By doing different passes at different speeds, I was able to try different cuts and cuts from tiny powdery to big shavings without slowing down, stuttering, or leaving gross machine marks. The finish is amazing - mirror smooth. It's in a much higher league compared to the previous carbide bit I used.
