still cutting. for milling accessories

I used this to cut grooves in cast iron with a hand drill. He has completed 80 slots and is ready for more. At the right speed it cuts great.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • functionality

This square end mill cuts aluminum well. Second hand .

This square head end mill cuts aluminum well. Used on a few parts beyond what could be counted and continues to cut like new with no chipping. I will say that the coating wears out fairly quickly, but this does not affect the ability to cut. When the cutter is used to cut carbon fiber (not recommended), the blade will become dull after about 3-4 pieces. Using more aluminum parts after carbon cuts tends to push material out of the vise path. Again, this is not the cutter's fault as it is notโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy-to-read control panel
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

Works great: end mill

What doesn't like. He does what he has to do, drill or mill. I used it to finish the bottom of the blind hole I needed to cut. You just had to be careful with the sides of the hole, otherwise the milling edges on the side of the drill could overdrill the hole. There was a gap between two or four chip evacuation grooves compared to the smoother surface, so I went with this three groove version. Worked great for my purposes as I got a clean hole with no chips on the bottom and a good finish.

Pros
  • 3-flute design for smoother, quieter milling
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Great grinder to get the job done

I use this one of my staples on my 4 x CNC table 8 cuts all hardwood, Softwood and MDF. I find this cutter does its job even at high speeds and feeds when other cutters vibrate. The router has never had an issue with material flow which gives me a great finish on cuts and I refer to this router on many designs because you can get corners in more complex designs that a larger end mill cannot. I would recommend this cutter as the main tool for most woodwork. It's been through over 50 jobs and isโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Titanium Aluminum Nitride (TiAlN) combines high thermal stability with excellent hardness for abrasion resistance and low friction for lubricity
Cons
  • Expensive

Thank you Niagra! best in milling accessories

High quality, precise cut, excellent workmanship. It started with a slight stutter (maybe it was cold). The next (warmer) day I covered it with molybdenum spray/powder and the result far exceeded my expectations. I also used a thick cutting oil and then a thinner one at each alternate depth. It ran pretty well for a few revs after I got to know its particular "style". It excelled at fast, small circles at moderate revs and melted hard aluminum like butter. I checked the bit between downs and it

Pros
  • Made from extra fine tungsten carbide for extra high shear strength
Cons
  • I will write later
