Can't say enough good things about these bits

Excellent end mills! I've used them to loop down the receiver by 80% and they did a phenomenal job! Very sharp! Twice I accidentally cut myself just by hitting it with my knuckles, which hung motionless in my drill. Can't say enough good things about these beats.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Not reliable

Total Bullshit: Drill Bits

Six end mills for less than $15 - a very good price. However, the 1/8" and 3/16" end mills were not properly sharpened and are unusable. Update: I've been a locksmith for 26 years. These end mills are NOT properly ground. I tried to cut steel with 3/16 EM and it broke like a branch without cutting the shavings. Absolute rubbish. I will spend more and buy American made end mills that work.

Pros
  • Nice Packaging
Cons
  • New Competitors

Very sharp, grab and cut hard.

I used 3/8" to widen the adjustment slots on the stamped heavy plate motor mount. The router was installed in the drill and the guide was mounted on the drill plate. Pressed I am I'm sure these bits are not for their intended purpose, but they did the job. I wore heavy leather gloves, clamped the guide, and used plenty of oil to ease the cutting process.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • I'll write later

Paper Plate End Mills - throw away and forget.

You have to be like me when you buy cheap Revain end mills - hobbyist or home gamer. For less than $2 each, these aren't high-speed industrial milling machines for 5-axis machining and light machining with perfect surface finishes. These are disposable end mills for training, small machines, and aluminum, and they're great. I'm a CNC major in Titans and have used Tormach. I've used them with great success. I've also flipped a few when I mishandled/accelerated or left too much "reserve to hold".

  • Few competitors

I got lucky! Best in Drill

Afraid of wasting money considering how many people have had bad experiences with these flutes. I decided to give it a try and take a chance given the LOW price and was pleasantly surprised to receive and inspect the flute set when I received it. / Defects on the surface of the groove. I did not find anything wrong with the product I received and when I tested the hardfacing of the aluminum block project everything was perfect? I was overly cautious in all aspects of the milling process, as I…

Pros
  • The bottom of end mills is U-shaped groove, large rake angle effectively reduces cutting resistance, sharp and durable, easy to remove chips, further improve processing efficiency.
Cons
  • Not sure

Works well, but be careful with the smallest

They have a decent price but don't expect high quality. I bought them for an art project I had to do for school. I sharpened a piece of wood with the smallest blade and broke it in half. I wasn't driving very fast by any means, I wasn't in a hurry and I heard a big click and knew something was wrong. I took the bit out of the machine and it was just a metal shank and the cutting edge was no longer attached. I used the big pieces to do most of the cutting and went with the smallest to get into…

Pros
  • Colour: grey; Cutting diameter: 1/8" 3/16" 1/4" 5/16" 3/8" 1/2" 5/32" 1/16"
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

You get what you pay for

This is my first set of end mills that I have bought. I bought this for a number of reasons, firstly to make a t-nut and to have several end mills on hand. The material chosen was 12L14, which was considered an easy-to-machine material. I chose very conservative cuts and advanced them by hand to extend the life of the cutter. After about my 8th pass, the 1/2 end mill broke the edge and cut off part of the groove on the same edge by about 1/16 inch. I didn't expect this to happen. I realize they
