Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Wire Bead Panaracer Swoop Tire by Edris Holwell

The old man on Gary Fisher looks cool again!

I have a 25 year old Gary Fisher Mamba that I just can't let go of. I spent some crazy hours on this single bike touring the Denver foothills. A few years ago I bought a full suspension mountain bike that rides like I'm sitting on a hamburger bun, but I still enjoy riding Gary Fisher Trails from time to time. All components and tires were shot and I wanted to pay an old friend back with a tuning/restoration. I started with the wheel components; Tires, tubes, tuffs, bearings. The tires were so worn that the sidewalls began to delaminate. I would love to buy the latest and greatest for this project but it just didn't feel right. I'm a search lover on a budget and found these panaracer swoop tires, they look great on the mamba! These are very soft rubbers with amazing grip, they constantly squeak on the pavement. Squeaking isn't a bad thing, it's just the sound of the tires making the tarmac behave. You wouldn't want to ride them on tarmac too much, the tarmac will eat them up. This is strictly a dirty tire. Buy with confidence and have fun ripping through the dirt. Bye!
