I like that it allows you to set up alerts within different stages of work flow for users when things go awry or don't move along as expected, which makes life easier sometimes than not knowing what's going wrong until someone calls in - great! Also love how easy is has made creating forms & emails etc (as well as just logging into an account) really simple/straightforward so we can get back onto task quicker without having too much admin overhead once tasks are completed via email notifications / SMS reminders..
There isn't anything about this tool currently although if there was more support from customer services regarding specific user queries then that would be good but overall its been fairly straightforward since switching over almost 2 years ago now!
