The support staff is friendly & knowledgeable as well! I like that they are always willing (even eager) for training when we need it but also go above what's needed by offering tips/advice where helpful or required. Some of our files were not being transferred properly into their system which was causing issues such uploading documents at times etc. We worked together towards resolving those problems using tech help services offered through them and other companies who specialize specifically within this area so all parties benefit - even if only because someone else can pick up any slack you leave behind!! Benefits include saving money over having to pay another transcriptionist directly while increasing efficiency since many things get done quickly without too much effort once set-up correctly. Since becoming an MTS provider ourselves now instead of outsourcing directly via freelancers there have been less headaches regarding billing clients as opposed to doing invoices yourself manually each month after payment receipt confirmation emails come back showing.
