I have been using this service for about 5 years now as an employee of my current employer (as well as former employers). The customer support is always friendly when you call or email them if there are any issues that arise throughout your day-to-day work flow! There really isn't anything bad i can say other than some minor formatting errors here & there but it's not enough reason why we should switch over another provider at least until they fix those little things up!! The most important thing is that they are always there for you when you need them. They have great customer service department as well. Spectramed MSO helped us out with our transcription needs. The support staff is friendly & knowledgeable as well! I like that they are always willing (even eager) for training when we need it but also go above what's needed by offering tips/advice where helpful or required.
