The most important thing is that they are always there for you when you need them. They have great customer service department as well. Spectramed MSO helped us out with our transcription needs. We used it for medical reports, billing statements, etc. Nothing really. I would recommend this product if you need excellent customer service and fast turnaround time. They do an amazing job! What I like best about spectramed MSO is their customer service. They really care about your business and want to make sure you get what you need. We were very satisfied with their work.
