Review on SpectraMed MSO by Dan Phillips

I like that it's an all-inclusive service for transcription of medical documents - no need or desire to purchase separate products which can be confusing when you're not sure if your needs are met by one product versus another (ease/speed). It was difficult at first getting used tp their platform but once we got through our learning curve they made things very easy! They have been helpful throughout this process as well; whenever there is anything regarding my account questions etc., customer support always responds quickly & efficiently!! The only thing about spectramed i dislike right now would probably just fall under its overall lack luster quality control over some aspects within specific areas such as grammar errors / typos ect.. We were able resolve these issues during training sessions however after going live without taking advantage og those opportunities could lead us into missing out more than.
