Cute sweatshirt for babies. Size 2 is a bit big for an 18 month old but that's ok as she has a few more months before it gets cold enough to wear her. The waterproof material is heavy enough for cold weather yet flexible enough to be comfortable. I love the peaked hood! Removable if necessary. Very well made, this is a nice little rain jacket for my puddle sweaters.
