Yes. This hole punch is short. So if you plan on punching a regular sheet of paper, good luck. You can't just line up a punch and then we'll talk cutting. make confetti. You have to pull the paper out of the punch, tearing the paper in the process. And there are pieces that weren't cut cleanly, so those broke too.
