I first bought these "airpod" wireless headphones as a backup for my airpods. Unfortunately the first pair they sent me was defective. At first I was very upset and concerned that I had been deceived. However, I immediately contacted a customer service representative. They were able to send me a new working pair free of charge which arrived shortly thereafter. While the first pair couldn't even connect to my iPhone, the second pair of headphones picked it up right away. A few seconds after you took them out of the box and put them in the charger, the headphones were connected and working. The functionality is a bit different than Airpods, which takes a bit of getting used to (double tap is pause instead of forward, long tap forward), but I actually appreciate this feature more as I kept accidentally hanging up when calling my airfields because of them accidentally touched or dropped the call when I put them back in my ears. My ears are like earplugs, but they seem more substantial. The larger charging case is also handy since the Apple Airpod case is so portable, I've actually lost paid AirPods before (and never found them!). As with Bluetooth, once paired, the headphones connect instantly and make themselves known when you put them in your ears. They also have better range than my airfields (I tend to go outside when I'm on the phone and if I go to the front of the house my airfields shut off, but the Lasuney seems to have a little more range.) The Die Sound quality is almost as good as any other headphone on the market. If you're a huge music snob and only listen to your music on vinyl, you should probably only spend $200 on quality headphones, but if you're just looking for something to take you to work/school/the beach/whatever It won't break your budget if you need to replace them (lost/stolen/etc) 5/5 - I would buy them again (and will if I ever lose another pair of capsules!)
