broken handle; DeWalt doesn't care.
I had a DWST08202 tool box with a clear lid that sat on top of a large tool box about 18 inches off the floor. I hit him and he fell. The handle broke. pen, but DeWalt does not sell it as a separate item. DeWalt just replied that I can return the whole box to them and they will appreciate it. If they believe it is a manufacturing defect they will replace it. Needless to say I didn't, I will be sending it back. I just see it leading to frustration and shipping costs on my part. Sorry DeWalt, but you get a big fat goose egg for this.
