Negative Online Shopping Experience at Yibuy

I was eager to check out Yibuy because I usually shop for musical instruments and accessories online. However, I was very disappointed with my time spent on their website. To begin, I found it challenging to go throughout the website. The categories were confusing, and it took me a while to find what I needed. The search feature was also iffy, providing me with nonsense results more frequently than not. The second issue was the absence of specifics in the product descriptions. To learn more about the products' features and characteristics, I had to look elsewhere. Because of this, comparing items and making educated purchases was difficult. The checkout was also a hassle and a mystery. The website kept timed out on me, making me start over multiple times because it wasn't apparent what information was needed. The already tiresome act of internet purchasing was made much more stressful and frustrating as a result of this. When I tried to contact customer support, however, I received no response. I tried calling and emailing several times but got no response. They acted as if my money and my happiness were of no importance to them. In general, I was not satisfied with my time spent shopping at Yibuy. The website was cumbersome to use, the products were poorly described, purchasing took forever, and there was no customer support. If a friend were seeking for an online music store to purchase an instrument or accessory, I would not suggest this one.
