I bought these shoes in a size 6.5 for men (I have a size 8 for women) and they fit perfectly. However, I've noticed that Vans tend to be a bit larger than Nike, for example. They are also naturally slightly wider than shoes. The color is very bright and does not fade. Mine lasted a year and a half with daily use. The white underside gets quite dirty, but is easily cleaned with dish soap and a toothbrush. The laces are also very easy to clean - I just throw them in the washing machine. They don't have much arch support, but they're made for skateboarding, which means they have to be flat. They are quite comfortable on their own, but after a full day of walking, for example if you work in retail, your feet will hurt a little because they don't provide enough support. However, I have found that if you throw in a few arch insoles they make a great everyday shoe. You will not be disappointed with these shoes! I get compliments all the time and this is one of my favorite shoes!
