Broke 2 weeks after installation

Unfortunately, I finished my project in my backyard and didn't turn on the lights right away when it arrived. They work less than 2 weeks and do not burn, only flicker. The settings control button already seems broken and I didn't touch it after the initial setup. Such a waste, they looked really cute when they worked. But now the return line JUST closed and my headlight kit blew up.
