I've used these all-purpose pans for poached eggs, as a prep bowl, for making French onion soup and for storing puddings, but I know there are many other uses. I love that the smaller molds fit in the larger ones, which definitely saves closet space. I find them easy to clean. With poached eggs I only had water in the molds and had no problem with eggs sticking. I sprayed the molds with nonstick cooking spray because of the cheese when I was making French Onion Soup. I soaked them and the stuck bits of cheese fell off immediately. The puddings didn't stick at all, of course. I gave them 5 stars because of their versatility, easy cleaning, space saving and the fact that they are microwave, oven and dishwasher safe.
