So the paste is excellent. It's considered one of the "healthiest" and "most organic" on the market. I think it tastes good and I don't even mind that it doesn't foam (hard to tell). I have been buying fluoride free toothpaste for years and the reason I went to Dr. Bronner's was the high health rating and organic ingredients. The only thing I wanted to "warn" others about is that the first few days I started using this toothpaste, for some reason I felt a cough. It was the strangest thing. I didn't have an allergic reaction or anything, it was just a sore throat. It only lasted a few days and now it's not having the same effect on me. Just wanted to mention this in case others might stumble upon it. Overall this toothpaste is AMAZING and I love it!
