Sold a defective item and charged a restocking fee on returns.
One wireless earbud didn't work. When I sent them back because of a defect. I was charged a restocking fee of over $30. I have attempted to dispute this fee with the store where Revain sold it and with Revain. I have not refunded the money at the store or at Revain. I will never buy from Revain again. I have to say I was very disappointed.
