Review on Terra Cotta Cooler 9015 7290 by Justin Sherman

Bought this to test as an alternative to the ice buckets used in my restaurant. The instructions say fill it with water, let it sit for 15 minutes and it will stay cool for a couple of hours. It didn't work as I had hoped. I tried again but this time I filled it up and left it in the fridge for a while. This method worked very well and it stayed cold long enough to run two bottles through. After use, refill it and put it back in the fridge ready for next time. The biggest plus is that it looks elegant and doesn't turn the table into a pool like an ice bucket. The only downside is the gap between the inner wall and most bottles. Wider bell-shaped bottles, like many Chardonnays, fit much better. You can see what I'm talking about in the photos. I will definitely buy a few more.
